The award was presented by Richard Peel, Intel Distribution Sales and Marketing Manager, EMEA, at Disti Sales Conference in Lisbon at the end of April 2006.

The award was presented by Richard Peel, Intel Distribution Sales and Marketing Manager, EMEA, at Disti Sales Conference in Lisbon at the end of April 2006. This is the 15th award received by ASBIS from its long-standing partner Intel since 1998. Symbolically, ASBIS celebrated its 15th Anniversary in the fall of 2005.

ASBIS has signed an Authorized Distributorship Contract with Supermicro, a California-based global leader in the design and manufacture of server solutions and motherboards.Under the terms of the recently signed agreement, ASBIS is now authorized to distribute all Supermicro products including servers, motherboards, chassis, and accessories.

ASBIS has signed an Authorized Distributorship Contract with Taiwan-based Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., one of the world's largest manufacturers of PC assemblies and motherboards and the largest manufacturer of PC connectors and enclosures. According to the agreement signed at ASBIS’ head office in Cyprus, the company is now authorized to distribute all products bearing the Foxconn brand including motherboards, chassis, and coolers.
