The Intel® SE7501HG2 Server Board Promotion gives all Intel® Premier Providers the opportunity to receive one Intel® Boxed Server Board SE7501HG2 for free (“Free Product”) if they order 10 SE7501HG2 boards or more at once.
All the 10 boards need to be ordered at the same time from an Intel Authorised Distributor between June 16th and July 14th 2003.
The promotion is open exclusively to Intel® Premier Providers buying 10 or more SE7501HG2 boards during one order.
Entries must be faxed to ASBIS local office before the end of the promotion (July 14th 2003 12 p.m. GMT time). The fax form is here.
One entry only per participant. No participant may claim more than one Free Product.
Entry should consist of fax back form and invoice as a proof of purchase.
Incomplete or illegible Faxback Forms will be deemed invalid. Intel cannot accept any responsibility for Faxback Forms not received, for whatever reason or which are received after the relevant date or which are mutilated, illegible or incomplete. Proof of despatch is not proof of receipt.
Free Products will be dispatched after all data is collected at the end of the promotion. Throughput goal to fulfil Free Product is 10 days, but please allow 28 days for delivery.
This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
Free Product as stated. No cash or other alternatives.
Free Products are warranted under the normal term of the Intel limited warranty.
In the unlikely event of any dispute, Intel’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Should tax liability arise then it will be the responsibility of the participant to notify the relevant tax authorities. Intel takes no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the Free Product received in this promotion.
