This enhancement follows the successful introduction of Apple’s iPhone diagnostic tool last year, positioning Breezy as the first company in Europe to adopt this innovative technology.
Andrii Kosar, CEO of Breezy, highlighted the growth potential in the second-life laptop market, stating, “By integrating Apple’s automatic diagnostic tool for MacBooks into our Trade-In system, we’ve made it significantly easier to evaluate these devices. That means more high-quality, tested MacBooks with warranty in the re-use market. More trust. More value. More devices getting a second life.”
The new diagnostic tool offers Breezy Trade-In customers an experience comparable to that of Apple Stores. It provides a fast, easy, and accurate evaluation process for MacBooks, using an automated diagnostic method that takes up to five minutes to complete without the need for any app installation. This efficiency ensures quick and seamless evaluations while allowing store staff to stay engaged with customers during the assessment.
The new MacBook diagnostic tool is now available to all Breezy Trade-In partners at no additional cost and requires no further certification or training. It integrates smoothly into the Breezy Trade-In system, simplifying the process for over 50 major retailers and mobile operators working with Breezy across Europe, the Caucasus region, Central Asia, and Africa.
This update ensures that more high-quality, warranty-backed MacBooks will be available in the second-life market, reinforcing Breezy’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and promoting circular technology.
