ASBIS has been set up as the official distributor of Corsair Memory in the territory of Ukraine. Corsair Memory, a US-based company, has been a leader in the design and manufacture of high-speed modules since 1994. The company focuses on supporting the special demands of mission-critical servers and high-end workstations, as well as the performance demands of extreme gamers and overclockers.

ASBIS Ukraine has been authorized to distribute the whole range of Corsair products including XMS eXtreme Memory Speed, ValueSelect and Server product lines. ASBIS is to start shipments of the world's first 2.5-inch disc drive built on perpendicular recording technology - a 160GB notebook hard drive Seagate Momentus 5400.3. This brand-new notebook drive further closes the capacity and performance gap between desktop and notebook PC hard drives as more users replace aging desktop systems with fast, high-capacity notebook computers. ASBIS has signed a Direct OEM Agreement with Microsoft.The new agreement will license ASBIS to preinstall and distribute Microsoft software products on ASBIS’ personal computers. According to the newly signed Agreement, ASBIS has been granted a license to preinstall Microsoft software on its own systems, provide its customers with a backup copy of the preinstalled software, and distribute the preinstalled software to its customers. This Agreement complements the existing relationship between Microsoft and ASBIS.

ASBIS has signed an Authorized Distributorship Contract with Supermicro, a California-based global leader in the design and manufacture of server solutions and motherboards.Under the terms of the recently signed agreement, ASBIS is now authorized to distribute all Supermicro products including servers, motherboards, chassis, and accessories.

ASBIS has signed an Authorized Distributorship Contract with Taiwan-based Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., one of the world's largest manufacturers of PC assemblies and motherboards and the largest manufacturer of PC connectors and enclosures. According to the agreement signed at ASBIS’ head office in Cyprus, the company is now authorized to distribute all products bearing the Foxconn brand including motherboards, chassis, and coolers.

According to the results of the recent Bulgarian IT market report ICT Survey ‘04 performed by the independent research agency CBN, ASBIS Bulgaria has been named the Best IT Distributor in the country in 2004.
